FASHIONS.ORG TERMS OF USE March 2, 2008

This agreement describes the terms on which you may access and use our services. In order to use the Fashions.Org ('Fashions') website, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the 'Terms of Service'). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, you may not use nor access our services.

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on this website. Your continued use of the Fashions service indicates your acceptance of the amended Terms of Service.

Eligibility
Public Members: You must be 13 years or older to access and use the public Fashions service. By registering or using the public Fashions service, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Service. You also warrant you will provide truthful and accurate information when you register. If we believe you are under 13 years old or that you have provided false information in your registration, we reserve the right to terminate your public membership without warning.

Professional Members: You must be 17 years or older to use the professionals Fashions service, which includes the International Fashion Registry^TMand the Designers Upstart Showcase^TM. By registering or using the professionals Fashions service, you represent and warrant that you are 17 or older and that you have the capacity to understand, agree to and comply with these Terms of Service. You also warrant you will provide truthful and accurate information when you register. If we believe you are under 17 years old or that you have provided false information in your registration, we reserve the right to terminate your professional membership without warning.

Members may not have more than one active account, unless otherwise authorized. Additionally, members and 3rd parties are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your Fashions account to another party. If you do not qualify, you may not use the Fashions service.

User Conduct

• You may not post pictures, video or other content of nudity or other sexual nature.
• You may not post or use the web site for criminal purposes.
• You may not load content or images which you do not have copyright or licensed rights to.
• You may not spam the web site with unauthorized solicitations.
• You may not place 3rd party ads (e.g., Google Ads) on your showcase or anywhere else on our web site.
• You may not scrap, data mine or crawl our web site.

Fees:
Signing up for a public or professionals Fashions account is FREE. Select services may be provided for free to current, selected and future members. You acknowledge that Fashions reserves the right to charge for the Fashions service or any portion thereof, modify the pricing of, add to, or discontinue the Fashions service or any portion thereof without prior notice.

Privacy Policy
Any collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold Fashions, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Fashions services in violation or breach of this agreement, or breach of your representations and warranties, or the posting of any content on or through the Fashions services causes Fashions to be liable to another.

Entire Agreement The Terms of Service and Moral Code constitutes the entire agreement between you and Fashions and governs your use of the Fashions service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Fashions.
