Keisha’s Biography

Keisha Greaves was born and raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She graduated from Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School in 2003. After graduating from college, she went on to Bay State College and studied Fashion Design and received her Associates Degree in Fashion Design and Retailing in May 2005. In September 2005, she decided to continue to study Fashion Design at Framingham State College and received her Bachelors in Science in Fashion Design and Retailing.
After obtaining an Associates Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design she now attends Cambridge College Master’s Program, where she will receive her Master’s Degree in Business Management.

Keisha’s favorite designers are: Kimora Lee Simmons, Betsey Johnson, David Josef, Denise Hajjaar, Gucci, Burberry and many more. She designs for young women ages 18 –30 and for young toddlers, infant through age 5. Her designs are very sophisticated, unique and a perfect fit. She also does personal shopping for any ages at any store locations, such as: Saks, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, private designers and many more.

Keisha’s ideal goal is to open her own clothing line and open her own boutique named after the late Grandmother that passed in 1992 from Ovarian Cancer. A percentage of Keisha’s designs will go towards the Ovarian Cancer Association.

My name is Julie, and I am originally from RI. I am an up and coming designer, recently graduating from college with a degree in fashion design. I have started my own line of clothing, JAClothing, which will be a contemporary mix of women's clothing with a historical and conceptual twist to each piece. Each garment I design tells an important story about the society in which we live. I tend to use a mix of fabrics with differing textures to create artistic shapes around a woman's body. I currently am doing freelance designs, but hoping to have a small collection out for sale in the next year.

I have my own sandal/clothing company/Miagirl.com I had a little shop in Key West last year where I sold my designs, a small store in Chatham but now am wholesaling. I design and import MYSELF hussies! I have my sandal line in a few showrooms across the US. I will probablly be opening a store in Provincetown, MA this coming summer. I love animals, especially dogs. I love all the pretty things in life, including the island of Bali. It's an island you go to if you wana P I M P. I have spent allot of time there and would live there if I could. I love pranks and my stupid redneck friends. I love running my dog through the woods and working out. I also like to role play where I am Marilyn Monroe and the boy is California Closets. I had my chair takin away in first grade for too much mouth. My best friend is Kit, yes a boyeeee! He sometimes goes by Diabeetus and I am currently recovering from a bodyslam injury he gave me. M.O.B.! Lata skata!
