What's New at Fashions.org
Fashions.org continues to grow - we are now at 2500 members and counting! Our most recent features include:
- Member directories are sorted based on use of Fashions.org - Members can move up in the listings by adding details to Registry Listings, and by using other free resources like Showcases, Classifieds, Event Postings, and Tearsheet Hosting.
- The Fashion Biz Classifieds continues to grow - post your jobs, gigs, availability and other opportunities today.
- We now have a division of Fashions.org devoted to
building websites and managing online marketing for businesses in the
fashion industry. We are working to simplify the process of
creating professional websites that help fashion businesses grow and
succeed.
As always, we welcome your suggestions for new features and your comments on all existing features.

Rebecca Palmer, a model from Portland, OR. (Member #313)
Rebecca grew up in Fargo, North Dakota and moved to the Northwest in 3rd grade. She has lived in the Portland area ever since, except for some short stays (6 months to a year) in Miami, FL, South France, London, and Utah.
Rebecca is an ex-gymnast, platform diver, professional ballerina/dancer, and ice skate. About 4 years ago, she began modeling. In addition to her modelling career, she is currently a full time graduate student. And, she has experience as both a make-up artist and wardrobe stylist, keeping up-to-date on the latest fashions and trends.
"I love modeling and fashion because it combines my love for creativity, art, athleticism, composition, and meeting new people. As an art school graduate, I have a passion for design, art, and creativity and I love to try new concepts, ideas, and experimentations in modeling. I approach modeling with professionalism and as a performer and artist. I have danced since the age of three and have extensive performance experience and take direction and creative ideas with ease."
Rebecca is represented by the agency Sports Unlimited (Portland/LA), but her contract also allows her to do outside work. She says that "SportsU is a great agent, but I also find substantial work through networking and my own efforts." In addition to her Fashions.org profile, she uses MySpace and Model Mayhem to promote herself online.
